NEW YORK, May 05, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Prospect Capital Corporation (NASDAQ: PSEC) (the “Company”) announced today that it plans to file its Form 10 Report with the Securities and Exchange Commission- Q containing the results for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2022 on Monday May 9, 2022 after market close. The Company also plans to issue its earnings press release on Monday, May 9, 2022 after market close.
